goyo writes your appeal, complaint or records request from your own hospital records.

Each letter comes ready to read, sign and send yourself. It names the offices that take it: the hospital, your state and, for Medicare or Medicare Advantage patients, the Medicare review office (QIO).

What you can do

What you do

You upload your hospital papers: portal downloads, PDFs or photos of the pages.

You pick from the list above, one or more. For each, you get the letter, a script for the phone call, or the words for the office's own form. Each names the rule it rests on.

You read it, then you send it yourself. After that, What you sent, and what came back keeps the list: who got it, when they said they would answer, and what came back.

Who it is for

Patients and the people who help them, whatever pays for the care: Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance or no insurance.

Care in a hospital, and in the rehab or nursing facility after it. goyo deals with the care, not the bill. Questions about a bill go to the hospital's billing office or your health plan.
